Out of print publications
Out-of-print books
can now be ordered in electronic form as a PDF image file. We can arrange to email these to you, or
a CD can be posted to you. Please note that PDFs are large files and can not always be emailed. Please note that photocopies of out-of-print books will not be supplied.
A complete list of out of print titles is available in PDF format.
PDF files are charged at
the rate of AUD $20.00 plus 2.5 cents per page (plus GST). Articles from collections of papers are available at the rate of AUD $5.00 plus 2.5 cents per page (plus GST), and as they are smaller files can probably be emailed.
